After a distinguished 17 years of service as a Religious Affairs Specialist, Chaplain Betton was commissioned as a US Army Chaplain on 17 September 2019.  He graduated the Chaplain Basic Officer Leader Course on 19 December 2019 and earned the John M. Whitehead Award for having the highest physical fitness score in the class.  Chaplain Betton has been endorsed with Chaplaincy Full Gospel Churches (CFGC) since 2015 under the dynamic leadership of Dr. Matthew Cassady. 

 Chaplain (CPT) Kevin Betton is an active-duty United States Army Chaplain currently stationed at Fort Cavazos, Texas.  He plans to pursue his Ph.D. in Biblical Exposition in the fall of 2025.  He looks forward to a long career of providing religious support to America’s Soldiers & Families and advising Commanders on the impact of religion.
